What is priority enrollment?I’m enrolled, now what? What if I need to drop a course? Not admitted, but ready to try a course? The course I want is full―now what?
The course I want is full. Now what?
Great Plains IDEA manages a waitlist. Program students receive first enrollment priority followed by non-program students.
Your home university campus coordinator adds you to the waitlist for one of four reasons:
- The course is full, and the waitlist manager needs the teaching university’s permission to add course enrollments.
- The priority enrollment deadline has passed.
- You are admitted to a Great Plains IDEA program, but wish to enroll in a course offered through a different program.
- You are not admitted to a Great Plains IDEA program.
If you are on the waitlist, your home university campus coordinator notifies you if space becomes available.
